Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being received.

We accept qualifying returns for store credit 14 days from the day of delivery.

Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost. Merchandise must have tags attached, in new condition with no damage or signs of wear. If merchandise does show signs of wear, Harper Laine has the right to refuse the transaction.

We take pride in our clothes and inspect all items before shipping each one out. If you do receive an item that is damaged, you must report within 2 days of receiving. We will gladly work with you to sort out the mishap.
